Defending with Queens can only last so long. That is why using a strategy like getting early Mutalisks is a great counter. As Zerg you should be expanding early on. Use this build order as a guideline.

Banshees are feared by Zerg players but also having to deal with Hellions which is very common for Terran to do since they need to build a Factory to get a Starport they should make use of the Factory and get out those Hellions to harass your Drones as well.
But Hellions and Banshees have a disadvantage which is of course the fact that neither can attack air which makes a fast tech to a Lair and Spire a solid way to go. You will need to forget about getting Roaches or Banelings.
Set some well placed Spine Crawlers and get ready for that Hellion harassment. It should not be anything too crazy. You should be scouting with an Overlord to find the Starport. sometimes Terran will mass up Hellions instead making it more difficult to keep your Drones alive meaning your economy.
Queens are going to be your main defense. Even just getting Queens and skipping Spine Crawlers can be a better idea but again you need to defend against any early pressure.
Once you get Mutalisks and they have been too busy training Banshees and Hellions you will be able to do some serious damage. Not only will they high tail their units out of your base you can easily do some damage of your own by taking out their workers.
You need to be quick so they do not get enough anti air to deal with it like Missile Turrets, Vikings, and Marines. Another thing to note is that if you spot their Tech Lab attached to the Starport working on an upgrade then be prepared to get an Overseer or Spore Crawler in your mineral line since cloaked Banshees can really take a toll on your economy and take out Queen with ease.
